handcrafted in hawaii
At Adela’s Country Eatery we’re passionate about working with Hawaii’s local farmers and growers. This enables us to create fresh, seasonal dishes for our customers, while also providing real support to our farming communities.
Adela’s is a woman-owned, minority-owned small business operating in Kaneohe, Hawaii, along Oahu’s beautiful windward coast. We invite you to stop by and learn more about our food and how we are trying to help revitalize Hawaii’s agriculture industry one noodle at a time.
Adela’s Country Eatery prepares your favorite Island dishes using only the freshest local ingredients. Try our unique, hand-crafted noodles topped with succulent sauces and perfectly-cooked proteins or vegetables. All of our home-style cooking is just a phone call away.
You call. We cook. You collect.
Adela’s Country Eatery sources the finest locally-grown produce to create the unique flavors of our hand-crafted country dishes. Fresh, local produce means better taste, more available nutrients, and less environmental impact.
After learning the art of traditional noodle making from the Masters in Japan, Chef Adela gave noodles a tropical twist by blending flour with locally grown produce including Ulu (breadfruit), Okinawan Sweet Potatoes, and Taro.
Adela believes that all great food begins by sourcing the freshest ingredients, preparing them meticulously, then cooking them to perfection… and with love. The result is a seriously delicious and memorable plate of food.
