Adela’s Hawaiian Noodles celebrates the art of noodle making. We use the finest, Hawaii-grown produce to create fresh noodles in six varieties:
`Ulu / Breadfruit, Kalamungai / Moringa, Kalo / Taro, `Apala / Avocado, Ube / Okinawan Sweet Potato, Hawaiian Saimin.
Handmade Hawaii Noodles From Local Produce
Adela’s Country Eatery celebrates the art of delicious home cooking, one mouthwatering, loaded to-go plate at a time. We use the finest, Hawaii-grown produce to create a variety of favorite local dishes, as well as a few house-crafted surprises.
Our fresh, local dishes are created from Hawaiian Noodles using locally grown Ulu, Taro, Okinawan Sweet Potato, Moringa, and Avocado.
Adela’s Country Eatery is not fast food — each dish is cooked fresh to order in 40 to 50 minutes. And Adela’s is unlike other local Hawaii takeout restaurants serving plate lunches heavy with rice and macaroni salad.
Take Our Packaged Noodles Home!
Now you can pick up our world-famous noodles and take them home to try your own creations. The hawaiian noodles are currently available in-store at our Kaneohe restaurant. We are happy to bring our touch of Hawaii to your favorite dishes with dry noodles in all your favorite flavors.
Adela's Hawaiian Noodles Featured Recipes
how to prepare
1. Add dry noodles in boiling water and cook for 3-4 minutes.
2. Rinse cooked noodles in cold water and drain well.
3. Once drained, simmer cooked noodles in a sauce or oil/butter on a sauté pan.
4. Plate, add your favorite toppings, then enjoy!
Store dry noodles in a cool, dry area, in airtight bag / container.
Please use within a few months.
Do not eat if smell/texture/appearance changes.
